Public Relations and Communications Committee (PRCC) annual meeting has been hold on April 15th 2019 in Shanghai. 24 representatives from AICM member companies attended the meeting. 

AICM Executive Director, Beryl Ma welcome all participants to AICM PRCC annual meeting. PRCC Chair Susan Jiang reviewed 2018 PRCC achievements. Meanwhile, she announced the Open to public day (OTP) program in theme of circular economy in this year.

In group discussion sessions. Firstly, all participants agreed that OTP is still priority for PRCC in 2019. Member companies will lead a series sustainable development activity on OTP in companies, universities and communities under theme ‘circular economy’, such as plastic recycle, energy management, community recycle management and city recycle management.

In braining storming session, participants discussed the topic of go-digital communication improvements. PRCC deputy chair Jansen Xu shared his experience and suggestion.

In summary, AICM board directors Yoke Loon Lim and Li Lei emphasized respectively working priority and main direction for 2019. Participants therefore reviewed PRCC structure for the new focus for AICM better communication in future.

In team building session, participants learned a series of soft skills on communication and team work, which is also help improving cooperation and team work in future.

PRCC and the AICM members will closely communicate and cooperate with each other for jointly creating a brighter future.
