On May 24, AICM "2023 Responsible Care®" Award ceremony was successfully held in the mountain city of Chongqing. The purpose of the award is not only to recognize member companies that have made outstanding achievements in practicing responsible care and promoting sustainable development of the chemical industry, but also to show the contribution of the chemical industry to achieving a harmonious society and green development. More importantly, it is to make the public understand and recognize with the concept of "chemistry shapes the future", so as to establish a positive image of the chemical industry.
This year, the AICM adjusted and reformed the awards, setting the Responsible Care® Initiatives Award to recognize specific projects and activities in which member companies have made significant progress in product safety, energy conservation, emission reduction, safety field and environmental protection, and have made contributions to society. In the end, a total of 27 member companies stood out to receive AICM Responsible Care® Award.
