Meeting Agenda:

• 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM: Travel by rented vehicle from Shanghai to Zhangjiagang

• 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Welcome speech, safety notice, and site tour

• 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM: Lunch

• 1:30 PM to 1:40 PM: Opening and agenda introduction

• 1:40 PM to 2:00 PM: RCC working report and discussion

• 2:00 PM to 2:10 PM: Tea break & group photo

• 2:10 PM to 3:20 PM: Roundtable Discussion & Practice Sharing

• Frequent and repeated safety inspections to the sites at various regions;

• Effective implementation of LCP by contractors of short-term construction projects;

• Practical EHS issue

• 3:20 PM to 3:30 PM: Wrap-up

• 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM: Return to Shanghai
