We are privileged to welcome Mr. Chen Jinhe, a senior regulatory expert from the National Registration Center for Chemicals, Ministry of Emergency Management (NRCC-MEM), as our keynote speaker. Mr. Chen is widely recognized for his expertise in hazardous chemical safety management, regulatory compliance, and policy interpretation, backed by a strong theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience.
