The purpose of PAT tool: The overall goal of the Persistent Assessment Tool (PAT) is to develop a software tool for practitioners who assess persistence under various regulatory frameworks. This tool will provide clear guidance and structure for evaluating data quality, as well as quantitative weighting of evidence methods to increase consistency, transparency, and robustness of evaluations.
