In the afternoon of May 13th 2020, the first time of RCC sub-chair meeting in 2020 was held in at Pudong site of BASF successfully. The RCC chair, Mr. Xiao Li from BASF welcomed all and hosted the meeting.
During the meeting, attendants were all followed BASF’s pandemic instructions which is keeping the distance and wearing the mask all the time as well as avoid the hand contacting as much as possible.
First, Mr. Xiao Li summarized the activities in 2019 and introduced the work plan for 2020, while sub-chairs developed the specific work arrangements and address the hot topics that members are interesting in as per survey results. Since the prevalence of nCoV-19, the workshops are scheduled in the 2nd half year.
After that, we discussed the work focus and asked for opinions and suggestions from sub-chairs, including RC digital platform, self-assessment updating, progress on sustainability journals, and potential impacts of key regulations which released lately. There were 10 participants attended.
